I hired David Deleon of iFusiondesignstudio.com to build me a E commerce website. His website says he can handle all aspects of building a top notch website. He also has a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee policy that he dose'nt honor. I gave him a deposit of half down to start the project $1500. He started then said he was 90% done and needs the balance of $1500 to finish the project. I gave him the balance and then he disappeared. I have tried numerous times to contact him and have been unsuccessful. I have found out that i am not the only victim. He has done this to numerous people in the past. He is in total breech of his own contract. I have asked for my money back and his reply by email is that the website is done and there is no refunds. If my website was done and working I would not be wasting my time writing this complaint.
