We ordered a crib and changing table set and asked for them to be delivered. They first told us it would be delivered on Tuesday, then called us to see if they could reschedule it to Wednesday instead. They agreed to deliver on Tuesday between 2 and 4. I stayed home waiting for them but when they didn't show up by 4 we had to call them to see what was up. They said they were waiting for some missing parts and that they were running late and that they would be there by 5- 5:30. A simple courtesy call to let us know they were running late would have been nice and we wouldn't have had to sit around waiting and waiting on them!!
