I went in to Ulta Maple Grove MN with my 20% off entire purchase. I bought some Macadamia hair care products, I gave her my coupon she scanned it and put it in her register. She gave me my receipt and I looked and the 20% did not come off, so I said the 20% did not come off she said well that is because the Macadamia line is not included I said it does not say that on the coupon, she said yes it does it is part of our hair artisrty line, I said no its Macadamia she told me all salon items are considered hair artistry and said I would know that how. The worst part is she acted like the coupon was good and never said anything like heres your coupon back its not good on these items??
