On 12/30, I stopped to get gas at this establishment. Putting in my debit card, the panel started flashing strange numbers after I put in my debit pin number. Then it asked if I wanted I receipt I pushed yes. After I filled up, it said please go inside to get your receipt. So I did, and the owner was reluctant to give it to me but he did when I insisted. On the receipt there was a wash rinse for a car wash I did not choose, and the car wash was broken as I read on the sign. I asked for it back. The man said to me can you READ in a nasty tone, I said yes I have a Ph. D., can YOU read and said it was overcharged and asked for it back. He gave me 4.00 back. The total charge was 36.62 dollars. I left angry and said I will never go there again. As he shouted Arabian obscenities at me (my spouse was deployed four times; I understand Arabic swear words).
Checking my bank account when I got home, this establishment took out 100.00 dollars. Not only was I treated poorly but I was charged for gas I did not buy and a car wash I did not charge. Please help me stop this illegal and unethical behavior. Thank you.
