Bought a building built by Classic Manor Builders. Have had a roof leak since the very beginning. Builder came to look at it 3 times and never fixed the problem. Classic manor now claims that I voided my warranty when i finished the building as a cabin. This finishing was done with their knowledge and advice. They are now saying the leak is condensation, although it only occurs when it rains. They refuse to fix their problem and have ignored all attempts to get any satisfaction. I would not advise anyone to buy anything from Classic Manor builders of GA. And AL. I have since talked to many customers that have had similar problems.
