On June 3 I moved and my landlord told me to go the Wyandotte County Post Office at 78th and Washington Blve to be assigned a new mail box and keys. That Monday (June 6) I went to the post office and was told that the locks on the boxes would not be changed until that Saturday. The following Monday I went back to get my assigned box and keys and was told that the boxes still had not been changed. Now, my problem is that I put in a change of address card and I need to know where my mail is. Having a new address I need my new bills in order to pay them.
I need this taken care ASAP! I refuse to have my new cable, light and telephone cut off because of the uncaring attitude of the clerks at the Post Office. They also said they don't know where my mail is!
