As a Customer Service Rep. For this client, you will be responsible for taking a high-volume of inbound calls from customers wishing to make reservations. You will be expected to provide exceptional verbal customer service while upselling reservation packages. This position will also require data entry into customer accounts.
Hours/Schedule:
Work schedule hours vary between 8:00am - 9:00pm with an average of 4 hours per day

Minimum Job Qualifications:
At least 1 recent years of customer service experience
Previous call center experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

So i got on and at first it seemed legit we did some interviewing questions and after I answered them she said OK give me 15 minutes to see if you are fit for the position. After she came back she offered me a position as a CSR. It got really fishy when she explained about sending a check to cash and send funds else where. I figured it was a scam but I kept with it just to make sure. I asked her about a company number she declined. I asked her about where the company is she declined to answer stating that the position is strictly online. Lies. So when I asked her about what company the check would be written from she said some random bank in NY.
So through my IM this Jasmine Hopkins woman was harassing me about the check that they were sending me. I finally got it and I saw that it was fake. And the address had all kinds of wierd characters like $%^*. After I realized everything I contacted this Jasmine Hopkins and let her know I was reporting her.
I just really hope no one else gets caught in this SCAM.
