This company designed a website for my business several years ago. I terminated the contract because although they were based in India, they were progressively charging more by inflating the hours worked. A year ago I received a formal letter from a company informing me that we were infringing their copyright. Daman had stolen their copyright by cropping our the water mark and placed it on my website. I received a demand letter for up to 30,000 USD in compensation. It would have only cost about 20 USD to purchase the copyrighted material legally. Additionally, there was no reason to place this graphic on the website. It added nothing. When I tried to reach him by email and calls he refused to take my calls. I would like to warn others about him and his business. He tries to give the impression that he runs a legitimate business, but it is far from legitimate. I found out the hard way. Don't be fooled.
