Files were put together and sent out to a great many organizations containing copies of all this information. While it was unclear in The beginning what effect if any these files might have. But patience was rewarded when customs and revenue took action Under Fraud and local compliance and demanded 2.2 million. This sum on top of the 12.7 million owed to Lloyds Tsb
made it clear the game was up. Years of scheming. Robbing Peter to pay Paul
in spite of the untold millions scammed on payday
loans in the USA Mr. Gershfield
was unable it seems to balance the books. Years of dreaming up one crazy unsustainable business
after another, years of endless meetings
with his loyal band of minions, sitting in board rooms
with Aaron in full flow Ian Harries
by his side nodding like a silly dog on the dashboard of a car,
while ivor Gershfield ever polite
was in fact the brains behind the scenes.
Over the years the minions came and went
depending on Aarons mood on the day
but a few have stayed the course with even fewer
being rewarded with directorships in some of these bogus companies.
Stephanie Kleyman joined this merry band over ten years
ago as in - house solicitor for Meade Plc who advertised
themselves as a growing group of over 25 international companies The trained hatchet lady was finally rewarded
with her own two companies
Zorro Law Ltd and the lesser-known Zorro law Personal services.
(Due for strike off) Zorro law was used purely for in-house issues
to get rid of staff that would be told they would be sued
if they did not go quietly. Against creditors
and here Ms Kleyman excelled
by dragging out claims to the inth degree
many of the letters were composed
by Ian Harries (he did have some uses)
but the sole purpose of this law firm
was for Mr. Gershfields benefit alone. Much has been written on the characters of the players
in this sorry saga so we have no need to go over them again. Meade plc went down with 110 creditors
actulally owed 1.5 million these poor
companies who will not see one red cent
as the assets of meade are listed as nil. The book value of actual debts is 17 million
the rest of the so called 28 million is made up
by the claims owed to the Harris Holdings
and a few of his other small dormant companies,
now as The Harris holdings is 100% Aaron Gershfield
and Meade Plc has this daddy in 2009 accounts
listed the Harris Holdings. It would seem he owes himself over 10 million. However you play this Mr. Gershfield still almost 30
companies active or dormant listed at Companies House Companies with proposal to strike off (8)
Struck off and dissolved (9)
thats approaching 50 companies out there
with this man at the helm all having
the Harris Holdings as the parent company. Some of theses companies still at Northway House
now posing as tenants of the building,
which now Lloyds Tsb technically own
as the debts due to them are including
the principle mortgage overdrafts and
second mortgages are far larger than the current value
of the badly neglected building. Will we see Mr. Gershfield Mr.

Ms Stephanie Kleyman
rise from the ashes as they have done in the past? This time we think not. (Although they might try) Thanks to the Internet the world now knows who they are?
What they have done?
The scams in minute detail.
Every person who played a part in these scams they
were well and truly outed And there is no putting Jack back in his Box. The Gang of four will slink off
and try to blend into the woodwork. Ivor Gershfield now approaching his nineties
and almost blind no longer a force in any business
but well padded to see out the remainder of his life in comfort. Ian Harries complicit in every way
might keep his huge house in west London
his properties in Spain although much diminished in value
plus the money he has hidden offshore.
He has been exposed for the slime ball he is
and everyone knows it. Stephanie Layman with her second house in the country
but a tainted solicitor,
who the law society has a huge amount of complaints
against her will get her comeuppance in the end. Aaron Gershfield
the daddy of them all this delusional character
who while clever is possessed of a warped mind.
His business empire in ruins.
His bubble well and truly burst exposed as a common crook. Discredited, as that crook he is
will no doubt will still have enough of the money
he scammed sifted away in the many accounts
procured for him by Yogesh Bafna over the years.
The offshore companies registered all over the world
under various names are well recorded.
(Known by the Fraud Squad we made sure of that) Unfortunately for Aaron he cannot resist
the chance to start a business but is totally incapable
of doing it legally. He is also a compulsive waster
of money as his past record has clearly shown. Offshore accounts will only last as long as they are fed. Meade Plc going into liquidation is just the tip of the iceberg. There are ongoing investigations to the rest of
his business activities
and for all time anytime anyone who
Googles his Name or the names of his cohorts
reams of information comes up and
none of it makes good reading. Yogesh Bafna will vanish along with Northway House Sandeep will be tossed aside. All lesser minions will also find themselves
with no job no income and
no chance ever of being employed by a decent company. Are we sorry?
