Failed to pay for pup that died. March I paid Jessica in full for a female shih tzu pup as I'm a breeder. I purchased two pups prior from her and had no issues so, I paid Jessica in FULL January 14 for a female out of the litter that was due. On 12 I sent a dep of $200.00 thru propay (still have receipt) then on Jan 16 (have receipt) a pymt in amt. Of $450.00 was paid to her via ProPay.

Sure just work with me as husband filed for divorce and only giving me so much to live on. Then when I asked again, she said since the sale took place during the marriage I would have to wait till settlement to get my money and haven't heard from her since. Well I went thru a divorce and now have to maintain a house payment, property taxes and that $650.00 sure would help now Jessica.
