Horrible experience and customer service from managers - CPU

Went to Frys and when I was paying the servers went down on Monday Jan 16.
They ran my credit card twice. I could see on my i phone that it was on there twice. I called my bank and they said the manager could call an automated system to validate which charge was valid. He refused. After being there for an hour arguing, pleading to please validate the correct one so I would not be out the money and have to deal with all the problems. They refused, no empathy whatsoever and you could tell he did not care and was not willing to help. Well both charges posted to my account and I called my bank and they said one was with my pin and one was with my signature. I called Frys and they said they could not find it in the system. AGAIN not helpful at all, the worst customer service ever. That's after calling several times and getting hung up on. I had to go through my bank to file a claim. Never will I go to Frys again. This was my first vist ever, since my husband saw an ad in the ppaper. Never again, NO matter what deal they are offering. Rather go to BEST BUY and get treated better. I can not express enough how unhappy I am with this company.
