I live at Wedgewood aprtment in Annandale Virginia for almost three years about five months ago there was a dispute between me and wedgewood apartment and the dispute resolved in May by me agreeing to move out by end of June. I have proper resident parking stiker on my car I parked on ligal parking spot my car was never parked on the same spot for over 48 hours because I always go to work or grocery etc. But on June my car was towed from the parking lot I called the police to find out about my car and they told me that it was towed by Dominion Towing and the give me their phone when i called them they (Dominion towing) told me I have rejected inspaction sticker. I spoke with the rudest guy by the name Joshua I responded by saying that there is no sign which stated no parking if you have rejected sticker etc. And the law require you to put a sign and he turn around a said he was told to do so by the Wedgewood apartment.
Now they ask me to pay $175 to get my car back The police are not involving to stop this illigal activty instead they look the other way. I think this racketeering and llligal The state attorney should investigate And this is not isolated case.
