All i want is a refund on a $50.00 gift card that i don't want! Sales people do no tell you, or warn you that a gift card is non-refundable.

Once you purchase a “Gift Card” for someone, you have committed to spend that money at that store. So if you don't want to shop there, they keep your money. THAT IS STEALING!!!
You can not change your mind and get a refund for it, even though it is unused, and unwanted. THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY, THAT IS STEALING!
I know, I tried to get a refund for a gift card I received for Christmas.
I went to Ulta Beauty of Gaylord, MI with unused gift card, and receipt of purchase. They refused to refund the cash or credit the purchase back to the method of payment. THAT IS STEALING!!!
I then tried emailing the company via the website, and received an automated response stating they would respond within 24 hours.
After 48 hours, I responded to their customer service email, and found that they had “BLOCKED” my email address.
I’ve tried calling, but all you get is “your call can not be transferred at this time, please call back at another time”.
They are holding my money for ransom, and trying to force me to buy at least $50.00 in products that I don’t want. THAT IS STEALING!!!
I have used the same line of beauty care products for 42 years and don’t intend on changing brands now. If they carried my brand of products, there would be no problem, but they don’t.
You can not deal with this company! Once they steal your money from you, they could care less if you buy anything from them or not.
