All I want is a refund on a $50.00 gift card that I don't want! Sales people do not tell you, or warn you, that a gift card is non-refundable.

Think before you purchase a gift card for someone.
Be 100% positive that they enjoy buying high end, high priced, over priced beauty items.
Once you purchase a "gift card" for someone, you have committed to spend that money at that store. So if you don't want to shop there, they keep your money. That is stealing!
You cannot change your mind and get a refund for it, even though it is unused and unwanted. They keep your money. That is stealing!
I know, I tried to get a refund for a gift card I received for Christmas.
I went to Ulta Beauty of Gaylord, MI with the unused gift card and the receipt of purchase. They refused to refund the cash or credit the purchase back to the method of payment. That is stealing!
I then tried emailing the company via the website, and received an automated response stating they would respond within 24 hours.
After 48 hours, I responded to their customer service email, and found that they had "blocked" my email address.
I've tried calling, but all you get is "your call cannot be transferred at this time, please call back at another time".
They are holding my money for ransom, and trying to force me to buy at least $50.00 in products that I don't want. That is stealing!
I have used the same line of beauty care products for 42 years and don't intend on changing brands now. If they carried my brand of products, there would be no problem, but they don't.
You cannot deal with this company! Once they steal your money from you, they could care less if you buy anything from them or not.
