I recieved a call from a company claiming to be hpc or h&p capital last friday claiming i owed the $500 and if i didnt pay them by 1pm the commonwealth of the state of va was going to pick me up these creeps even had my social security number and a background check on me upon calling the bank i was told that they had no records of theese people or any idea what i was talking about.
