Jeff Bills is the most unprofessional person I have ever delt with. My tenant scheduled the cleaning with him and as the property owner I wanted to reach out to him to introduce myself and cover some areas of concern before the cleaning. I left a message for him to return my call and clearly the idiot did not listen to his voicemail. Shortly thereafter he left a message on my work phone.in the message he says, "who ever called from this number, if this is regarding a sales pitch, don't ever, ever, ever (yes 3x) call my phone again. But if this is regarding cleaning work, than call me back." what an unprofessional idiot!
I then left a second and final message for him to return the call and to never leave such a message like this on my phone. The coward never called to apologize but instead threatened my tenant 12 hours before the scheduled cleaning that he didn't feel comfortable proceeding with the cleaning because of the confrontation. Mind you, he and I never actually spoke, just a nasty vm he left for me. He continued to say that because she (tenant) was pregnant, he wouldn't leave her high and dry. I think he's trying to be professional here, insert sarcasm. Let me describe his company's "professional cleaning" abilities.
Jeff Bills never cleaned, stayed or supervised like he communicated to my tenant. He made other commitments and ran out. His cleaning "professionals" missed common areas including under the kitchen sink in the cabinet, didn't wipe the top of the refrigerator, missed kitchen counter top edges, didn't sweep the lanai, didn't sweep the front entrance (which his employee said they would), didn't wipe the dust off the blinds in the master, light fixtures in hallway and both bathrooms were covered in dust, the surface of the washer and dryer never wiped, the list goes on and on. How can you call yourself a cleaning company? I spent 6 hours the next day cleaning the unit. I would never, "ever, ever, ever" recommend Jeff Bills and his cleaning company. Save yourself the money and the trouble. A blind man can do a better job. Despicable company, despicable owner, despicable work.
