Actually, this complaint started last year when I originally wanted to purchase blinds. I was referred by Greta during the Spring of I called her a number of times on her cell phone since that was the referred number. Greta finally returned my call over two weeks later. However, I knew that if she couldnt make time to call for NEW business, her service cant be acceptable to my standards. Greta gave me a quote over the phone and although the pricing was a little better than Home Depot, I did not want to use her. Greta did give me some type of excuse why she didnt call when I first tried to contact her. Early Spring 2011 I contacted Budget Blinds to find the location which would serve me; it was the Woodbridge location. Greta called me a couple of days later and I told her that I wanted another representative to serve me since I remembered her from 2010 and didnt think her customer service was up to par. I also asked for the owner; Greta stated that the owner was unavailable. I felt forced to use Budget Blinds since their pricing is a bit cheaper than their competitors, unfortunately, I could not choose the location site or salesperson with Budget Blinds. Greta can to my home on time and I placed an order in April; I was told it would take 6 weeks. May 26th I attempted to contact Greta as it has been about 6 weeks. I wanted the status of my window treatment and ALSO order additional blinds. Of course the answering service was taking messages. I left a message, no response of course.
On Sunday, May 29th I left another message and requested the owener contacted me so I could voice my concerns. On Tuesday May 31st Greta left a message stating that my treatment will be ready in a week, she gave me an excuse of why she couldnt return my call earlier. However, she did acknowledge that she was aware that I wanted to speak to the owner and she stated that the owner would call me back at her convenience. Greta never asked me about the addtl treatments I wanted to order.
