Bravo Solutions
Ripoff internet service provide

My husband recieved a phone call in July. The company called itself Bravo Solutions. They said they provided high speed internet service for 39.95 a month. There was a $199.95 one time connection fee. They would provide us with a free Dell laptop, a digital camera and $600.00 worth of free software.

I didn't believe it. So my husband told them they would have to get my ok first. I recieved a call the next day. They told me they were doing a promotion like some of the cell phone providers do. They would give us free computer to get us to use their internet service. They said as soon as we got the money order they would send us the information and the computer, camera, ect. All they needed was the confirmation number off the money order.

We bought the money order. They called the next day for the number off the money order which we gave them. We mailed the money order on July 15th.

Two weeks passed and we did not recieve anything. I called the number they gave me and got a recorded message. I needed an extension number. I did not have one. They had the option of pushing 0 to talk to an operator. Turns out the operator is an answering service who can only take messages. Of course I never got a reply from my message.

I called a week later, left another message. Still no reply.

Next time I called. I used their service directory. Keyed in the letters KA. I had been given the name of the salesperson as being Kavita. KA happened to be Katy in accounting. From Katy I learned that she did not work in Bravo Solutions but was with another business in the same building. She was kind enough to give me the name Dorothy and an extension number. I left a message with Dorothy. My call was not returned.

I called again the next week. When I could not get anyone to answer, I called poor Katy again. She said Dorothy was on vacation when I called before and had extended her vacation. I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to. I was directed to Greta.

Greta told me that they would never mail anything out until they recieved the money order. I spoke to Greta on Aug 17th. She did a computer check and found out they had recieved my money order and would send our package out right away. I asked for a refund and was told they do not give refunds.

I called our bank a week later and found out the money order had not been cashed until August 18th. The day after I spoke to Greta and over a month since it had been sent.

I called again a week later as we still had not gotten anything. She said the package had been returned to them. It had been sent to the wrong state and would be resent. Once again I asked for a refund and was told they do not give refunds.

Sept 1 I called again since we still had not recieved anything. Greta acted very surprised that we had not recieved anything and said she would resend our service package. I asked about the computer and camera. She said they would not be sent until we recieved the service package and specified which computer we wanted. Once again I asked for a refund, which was denied.

Today is September 19th, still no service package. I called again, all I get is a busy signal. I called directory assistance and got the number for the Coldwater Michigan police and the Chamber of Commerce. I first called the Chamber of Commerce and was told the address I had been given was for a warehouse. I called the warehouse. Avera Warehousing. They told me they recieve mail for Bravo Solutions and warehouse some merchadise for them but were not Bravo Solutions. They gave me a phone number that they had for Bravo Solutions with the contact person whose name was Katy and her extension, which happens to be the same one I have been using to speak to Katy in accounting! The number they gave me is not a Michigan number.

When I call that number, it is for outgoing calls only and will not recieve calls.

I called the police station. They asked me to fax a copy of my documentation. But if they find out that Bravo Solutions is not in their jusrisdiction, there is nothing they can do.

I have filed with the Better Business Bureau and the States Attorney General which I am sure will get me nowhere.

Where do I turn next? All I want is a refund and for Bravo Solutions to be exposed.
