Wells fargo equity solutions and modifications induces customers by telling them they can not be considered for modification unless they are behind on the payments, then immediately with no notice file in county recordeds office a foreclosure default on the entire loan and all monies owe become immediately due, plus attorney fees and costs with penalties to take a home out of foreclose, they even hold the second mortgage and even though first mortgage is not in foreclosure they terrorize homeowner that they will lose a $ 700, ooo appraised home for $ 7700 with all attorney fees and cost, deceptive business practices and they know my home was destroy my licensed contractors and in middle of court case and "i am legally blind and disabled", which is outrageous conduct.
