I am in Vero Beach Florida. I shop at our Walmart later in the evenings to avoid the crowds. My visits so far this year have caused me to send this email. I am a big fan of your Great Value sugar-free drink mixes. Big bang for the buck AND taste great.in recent visits, most of the area where the drink mixes are kept are mostly empty. All the competitions selections are full. The Great Values that are available are scarce and there is limited choices. If these are selling so well, why aren't they in stock? Clear out what isn't selling and stock more of what is. Would also be nice to have all the flavors Great Value makes. Grape seems to be a top seller. Have never seen apple, but would like to try.

The other issue I have is the limited amount of cashiers available later in the evening. I know that labor cost are vital to your bottom line. I also know that poor customer service will affect your bottom line as well. People get mad and start shopping at other retailers. That will affect your bottom line. The lines at the checkout are getting longer each time. They go from the register to the clothing department, turn and keep going. All the while there are 4 or 5 employees walking around the area that could help with the customers that are waiting. Once the line of customers are taken care of, the employees could go back to whatever they WEREN'T doing in the first place. These are 2 issues that not only affect your bottom line negatively, but also have me considering going elsewhere, which will affect your bottom line permanently. I hope you find this useful.
