Yes hi, I am a regular teenage kid trying to make some money for college. Since boxing day (Canada) I havent worked not ONE shift and my manager says he can do NOTHING about it when clearly he can rotate the employees around. At our last employee meeting, I was shocked that it was not only me who had not worked in 6 months almost, it was all the male employees. We, as a group of males asked the manager what his problem was and his reponse was that "we are not busy and since you guys are not cash trained, you cannot work". Clearly this shows how arrogant the manager is and shows how he is definately not manager material. On a saturday afternoon, I strolled by to see whats new and to my amazement, Aeropostale was jam packed with customers. As an organization, this one in particular, I am ashamed an angry that I have not worked. It is unbelievable.
