Raymond Curson opened a fraudulent account using our phone number to obtain a voice mail box on August 31. The charges of $16.00 appeared on our September 16 Verizon phone bill. Had to call ESBI to cancel and inform them that Raymond Curson does not own this phone number. Said they would credit our account but that it would take 1-3 billing periods. Has not shown up yet.
Made Verizon aware of situation and told them we are not paying these charges.
