Copper Ridge Apartments on McKellips Forcing my brother, sister in law, and neice to live in an apartment with bed bugs collecting rent while denying claims, telling them they should be embarrassed

Copper Ridge Apartments has repeated refused my brothers claims of having bed bugs telling him he should be embarrassed to talk about it telling him its his fault. My brother woke up today with one crawling on his face, he started checking the apartment and saw that they are crawling in from cracks under the carpet.
