I ordered a dress on Feb 12. When it hadn't arrived a month later I researched and discovered the dress had been shipped back due to an incorrect shipping address. I checked my invoice - I had given the correct address. I tried to get my money back. After a couple e-mails I finally received a refund for the dress on April 29, but did not receive the $24 for shipping. I e-mailed and called and was told their policy is to not refund shipping. At no point did they appologize for anything - not getting the dress, not taking care of things in a timely matter, etc. They wouldn't even send out a new dress.
I called my credit card company and they said they will take care of it, because they should not charge me shipping if I never received the package. Avoid NextEve.
