You guys talk about jiffy lube like they do everything wrong? I've been with jiffy lube for 10 years im now a manager and i hate seeing all these stupid acqusitions about jiffy lube. IF anything bad was to happen they get on jiffy lube about it when ANYONE or ANY SHOP can make mistakes. The mechanic you take it to, maybe even the dealer still have "kids" and "salesman" working there so its not just jiffy lube. Just like any other business there out to make money. Not sell you anything but as a preventive maintance help your vehicle and still making money like any other business. And when it comes to women coming in, thats the biggest slander i hear from people. We dont take advantage of ANYONE and if that was the case tell your stupid husband to bring the vehicle in. And when you have to complain about something dont be a bit* about it and leave ur info annoymous, let us contact you and see how we can make it better. We have the best, fastest and cheapest (no labor/just base price) prices out there. Just because YOU may have ONE bad experience do trash all of them. I live and work in MD and ive worked at a few different ones and we do everything by the book. People make mistakes, EVERYWHERE! Not just jiffy lube. What makes you think your dealer or mechanic is being honest! Come on now, use your head... You people drive me crazy. Crazy enough to sit and write this when i have better things to do. If your car is a peice of crap dont bring it in because obviously you need alot done to it, take it to a gas station and get ur self a 10$ cheap as* oil change with crappy oil and stop slandering JL. You people reading this know Im talking about you if you are a complainer just to try and get free service! Think before you talk...
