I purchased Ginger shower curtain brackets on-line from Ginger to Go. I chose this seller because the web-site indicated the item was in stock and ready to ship. I waited and waited for an e-mail confirmation of my order and it never came. Yet I saw that my Visa Debit card HAD been billed. So I called them. They said the item was back ordered three weeks. I stated that I then wanted to cancel my order. They agreed. I asked to receive an e-mail confirming my cancellation. They promised I would. I never did. Checked my junk e-mail too, no e-mails from Ginger to go. I called again. They promised again. Still no e-mails confirming order cancelled, and the credit they also promised has not been sent to my bank. This is a disreputable company. I have reported them to Consumer Affairs and the attorney general.
