Ginger Turk, owner of onceuponateapup has sold me a chihauhau puppy that has a congenital eye problem. She lied that the puppy was in good health. She denies that the puppy had a problem.
I had asked for a certain puppy posted on her web site and then when I had paid for the puppy, she told me that that puppy that she received from Jung in Korea. Was sick and that I would have to wait for another puppy close to it or another, The search went on for 2 months, and still nothing resolved. Finally, she comes up with a puppy resembling the original puppy and says this puppy is healthy and vet checked. She claims that the puppy had cold in left eye and vet treated it and it was okay and ready to be shipped to me.
The State of California Department of Food and Agriculture paperwork had to be filled out to pass the dog for traveling and one thing the vet had mentioned is that he found a debilitating condition called corneal opacity in left eye and that an eye dog specialist should be looked into. So now I have further problems to deal with.
I had e-mailed her about what the eye specialit had claimed that the puppy has congenital corneal dystropy of the left eye and will need further treatment. Ginger e-mails back and denies it. So now she is avoiding me. Elaine - [email protected]
