Signed up for presentation and was told the tickets being given would be good for 1 year. Few days later was re-confirmed and was re-told tickets were good for 1 year. Also promished a vacation package with choice of destinations.
Surprise; when my wife and I arrived we were told that tickets can only be issued for the next few days and we had to decide now. Did not want to nor even if I did I did not have my schedule with me.
Became very upset and my wife and I were called out and taken to an office where we were treated as if we lied and was dirt. When one of their staff askedhow I was and I replied unhappy and annoyed he replied "OK".
Was refunded my deposit guarantee money but never received the tickets nor the trip because they told my wife it was only for a trip to Las Vegas, which is where we live.
A total bait and switch which can only leave one annoyed.
