Today, as a gift, I received a "box" of flowers from FTD. This is NOT my first boxed flowers from FTD. The quality of the flowers is embarrassing and a shame. How I do I tell the loved one that sent me the flowers that the money they spent was wasted? This makes me so so so so sad.
