My story is long and has disgusted many, many people as it's progressed. I just went to trial for guardianship of my daughter, I am in probate court. My daughter is 3 years old. I just enrolled in parenting classes through Catholic Charities which I've found to be extremely helpful in jumping through the proverbial hoops. I am writing to complain and report, but also to provide my e-mail address. I would like to hear from anyone who feels their civil rights have been violated, from parents who feel helpless and hopeless because of the bureaucracy involved in our child welfare system to those who have been presumed guilty of child abuse without any semblance of the thing we call due process and without the theoretical "innocent until proven guilty" basis for our American justice system.
Please help me by allowing me to listen to your story so we might have a chance against this newest trend in civil rights violations.
