San Marcos Glass has terrible service. I had to go to this place four times just to get a single piece of glass. They also were very disrespectful towards me when the guy who took down my measurements either wrote them down wrong or misheard what I told him. I get the glass home only to find out its not the right size. I take it back and the owner I presume treats me like I'm a lier. Then he comes out with the new glass and hands me a measuring tape with an attitude, adding insult to his first insult. Then the final insult comes when I go to pay the extra money for the larger size and he throws the money back at me as if he doesn't want my money.
Then there is my first and second visit to San Marcos Glass. On the first visit they tell me that they cant help me right now as the glass cutting guy has to work on their website. They give me a quote and tell me it will be a few days if I order. I leave and come back a few days later to order which is my second visit, when I go to order I tell the guy who took down my measurements that the quote he is giving me is about $15 more then what I was quoted the first time I came in. He also treats me like I'm not telling the truth, only to tell me I was right after he realizes that he miscalculated.
Conclusion, the guy taking the measurements miscalculates and takes down wrong measurements, everyone at San Marcos Glass must believe that their customers are always lying, they disrespect their customers and are too busy doing other things to take care of you like they should. If you are looking for desktop glass, mirrors, windows, shower doors or anything glass related from San Marcos Glass be prepared to be treated like a lier, receive terrible service, to be insulted and have your glass be the wrong size or what you ask for not to mention wasting a lot of your time making several trips to and from this place to get what you need.
