Terminated my account because of the problems that I was having last week and could not fix the issues. I told them that if the problem is not fixed then I would like a refund. Magic Jack terminated my accout because they are accusing me if using Magic Jack excessively which that is not true. Magic Jack is using that as a scapegoat so I would not be eligable for a refund.
