Delays-Poor Customer Service

On March 29th, I called hp online store interested in one of their notebooks they had advertised on their website. After the purchase transaction was completed, I was given an expected delivery date for my notebook on april 13th. On the 13th I was informed by HP that they were experiencing delays with parts during the building process of my notebook and that I would have to wait until the 22nd in order to get a status on delivery. Once again, on the 22nd i was informed that the parts had still been delayed and that my new expected delivery date was the 26th. To my great disappointedment, I was once again informed of a new date of the 28th (yesterday) for an update on a new delivery. It is now the 29th and I have not recieved any information regarding a delivery or any further information at all. I have wasted countless hours in total being placed on hold, hung up on, and arguing with hp representatives (including corporate office representative) all who have told me they do not know when I should expect my computer.

I'm now convinced that HP has just taken me for a ride and for 1000 dollars of my hard earned cash. I never imagined that i would experience such horrible customer service from a large corporation like HP. This company does not value their customers time or business what so ever. I do not know what do at this point, as hp has now totally ignored and stopped updating me on whether i'd ever get my notebook.
