I saw a beautiful pair of shoes with sparkling rhinestones covering the heel on the website for $60. I inquired via email about the shoes and was told by blush that the price is indeed $60 and to select my style of shoe-suede, patent, or leather. Open toed or closed. I selected my style and made my purchase via pay pal. Afterwards she let me know that she could not find the exact shoe style that I saw on the website but that she would try to find something similar. I okay'd that but stated I really wanted my shoe like the one I saw advertised on her page.
After sending me several cheap looking shoes, I declined to accept a shoe and she refunded my funds. I asked if I provided a pair if she could rhinestone and she said she could for $30. I bought a brand new pair of shoes and gave her my shoes to rhinestone. The shoes took her a few more days to do as she stated she ran out of rhinestones and wanted to make sure she did a quality job and not rush. I told her quality is very important to me. I knew I was having a guest in town and wanted to wear the shoes and look nice in my 6 inch heels.
The shoes arrived and the cheap plastic rhinestones covered in glue stunk of a horrible job to high heaven. Some "rhinestones" had already come off the shoe and were in the box! She also got glue in spots on my suede body of the shoe! Smudges and everything in small spots littered one side. When I mentioned all of this to her. She said she would give me back my $30 but that's it and that the shoes were used. Which they were not. I still have the receipt and let her know that as well.
The shoes look NOTHING like the ones pictured on the site, the rhinestones were arts and craft plastic, silver foil backed cheap large things on my beautiful heel. Ruined! Not to mention the glue. To think someone would do that and not even care enough to fix what they did. She had my shoes for over a week. I had them for 4days. And she wont even pay for the damage she did. Do not use her services thinking that you'll get what you see on the website. If it's too good to be true, it is, and it was.
