I have been a die hard Bandolino consumer for many years and was not only surprised but shocked by the lack of quality of these 2 pairs of shoes. I purchased both from Macys in June. I did not wear them until the end of September. I own many pairs of shoes so I do not solely rely on these 2 pair.in order to keep my shoes looking new, I do not wear them when driving (I wear slippers until I get to work, then put my good shoes on) BOTH sets of shoes: the back by the heels has worn off!!! I've NEVER had that happen to any of my Bandolino's - that's why I buy them. The quality usually helps them last years NOT months! Macy's will not take them back or exchange them. They are both size 9 and the writing on the inside says BD7CHEETAH LEATHER UPPER 0411, the other shoe says BDBERRY QUALITY MAN MADE MATERIAL 1102. With the second pair, I had to crazy glue the tip of the hell on after 3 hours of wearing them for the first time. I am very unhappy!!!
