Green Fun Store Placed 3 identical "holds" on my credit card then refused to release the holda when I didn't order from them

On 4/14 I attempted to order parts from their website. Their server kept timing out with a general error message so after 3 attempts to order, I gave up and ordered from their competition. The next day, I noticed 2 seperate $243.59 and 1 $243.58 "hold" on my account. I waited 5 days thinking that the holds would drop off automatically and then noticed an -e-mail from the companies "in charge of -e - commerce person asking if I intended to complete the order. I sent an -e-mail back explaining what had happened and that I had ordered elsewhere and requested an immediate release of the holds they had on my account. They sent me an -e-mail back stating that they had no control of what their credit card transaction company would or wouldn't do with no explaination of how to get ahold of their transaction company. 11 days have gone by and many, many "extra charges" to my account later, I filed a dispute with my own VISA debit card company. Because of their callous response, my advise to anyone dealing with this company is B E W A R E. I now intend to file a complaint with their State Attorney General, Lisa Madigan to see if they can expedite the release of my money from their credit card processing company.
