We purchased a light fixture in July which arrived in the wrong finish. We were given an RGA# and returned the fixture. Eight months later, after numerouse emails, phone calls and talking with the owner who promised we would be mailed a check by Feb. 11th, we have still not seen a dime of our money. I've had it! We will now be contacting the BBB. And a 40% restocking fee if you return an item? You've got to be kidding!
