After seeing Demi last night I have strong concern about what is in place to protect against the people that do not loose the weight the RIGHT way. It is not fair to the ones that have worked out so hard to compete with someone who is not following the rules. I know that it is possible that I am wrong but she did not look healthy and her arms were not toned. It looked like she was going to fall when she first came out. Was that from not eating? I don't know but she just did not look healthy and I am not the only one that saw that. I do not have a family member or friend on the show but I see how hard they workout to loose the weight and it is just not fair to have someone else not following the rules to compete at the same level. It's just wrong. So what is in place to make sure they are doing it the right way?
