I feel the product is fraudulent, I eat healthy and exercise and this has not helped lose weight as indicated by advertisement

I have endeavored to enhance my weight loss program with this product. After 4 months and a continued workout program and decent healthy lifestyle, I have noticed no change whatsoever. I am disappointed that the claims appear to be fraudulent. I feel that with my workout program and eating healthy, I should have noticed some change.
