On 4/19 I found out that my phone was not working. Reported it to Verizon who stated it will be worked on within 24 hours. I waited until 4/21 spoke with supervisor who stated again svc should be restored by 5p on 4/21. Know on 4/22 still no svc, but received a recording that service should be restored by 5/12 which will be another 3 weeks.

I am 66 yrs of age, home with medical problems. I purchased a cell phone for emergency use but in the past days have been put on hold at least 45 minutes to an hour without reaching anyone, just music. I have not received any calls but one from the supervisor who stated they were working on it and it would be resolved today. This am received a recorded message stating it should be repaired by 5/12. Waiting 3 more weeks is unreal. Using a cell phone will now cost more money for I will be going over my minutes especially trying to talk to a Verizon human being
