I ordered a customized scooter for my son on April 1. My credit card was charged immediately by Kota Scooter for $338.70. Waited 4-5 weeks and began calling and emailing company because we hadn't received the scooter yet. Gary answered a couple of emails stating that the scooter was being assembled would be shipped in the next couple of days.
Emailed Gary to find out Fed Ex tracking info and at that point all communication from Gary stopped. Call their phone number on a daily basis and no one ever answers the phone nor do they return phone calls. According to Better Business Bureau in So. California, they have had 14 complaints since January. Very dishonest merchant. As of today, May 24 not scooter and no refund. Will seek legal action against Gary Schultz and Kota Scooter.
