Landlords describe her as someone unreasonable and unpleasant to handle, fooled into thinking she's a good tenant. She lied to everybody. Kelly and her light skin black friend are criminals. No arrests has been made. Stay far away from these people. They have nasty attitudes and will gossip. Kelly was a good tenant and kept the cleaning to herself.
