Owes over $4225 in back rent not even counting damages to property. ALways had a pitiful story... Job market low (works for Pure Gold in Wilmington NC), has to leave her boys and work out of town, had to have surgery and couldn;t work for 6 weeks, no insurance. Promised large sums due by Feb 1... Never came through. Tore up property... Gaping holes in drywall, marking on doors and paint, trash all over, left nasty furniture and personal belongings, tore up toilet, junky.
