1) Account was cancelled, and notification received by Customer Service. AND the billing Department continued to issue new monthly bills. 2) Account was cancelled because Company continued to publish negligent, defamatory, slanderous and severely damaging reviews without any verification of authenticity, accuracy, or truthfulness. Claimed that the reviews were "within Their Codes." They REFUSED to verify the accuracy of the reviews.
