This company attempts to intimidate dentists. They place listings using regularly available information and then allow users to review the doctor. Once postive reviews are initiated, they contact you and ask that you join for a fee. They tell you point blank that "only through participation can the quality of the reviews be affected". When we refused to join, all of our positive reviews disappeared and our listing became "under review". You cannot even respond to reviews unless you join so the information on the site is completely one sided for those listings. Attempts to contact the company are futile. Phone numbers are not answered. Emails are ignored and attempts to contest definite slanderous content are rebuffed. Knowing an expensive lawsuit is a dentist's only option, they can ignore our requests and publish incorrect and inflammatory information without reproach. They should be your last avenue when selecting a dentist.
