Janet Brooks, Clerk of Payments Several attempts to get me to send money for disbursement fee to release the $1,500, 000 I have won

I am tired of receiving letters stating that I am the guaranteed receipient of $1,500, 000 and as soon as I send them money... I will receive mine. No phone number on fake document to call. How do we stop these kinds of frauds? I receive far to many.
