Took money out of my checking account without my authorization

This company took money out of my checking account without my authorization. I want my money put back in my account. I want some type of charges brought against this company for fraud. They are ripping off us poor people and that is a crime in my book could you please help america with this type off fraudulent people. They should be put in prison for this type of crime. Thank you
