My checking account was overdrawn because this company Platinum Services withdrew $99.95 from my account without my knowledge or my authorization. I don't even know who they are really or even what they do for that matter, I can't even get a hold of them by phone. Now because of this my account was charged a $33.00 overdraft charge. I am disabled and on a fixed income and I could not pay the rest of my bills because of this. It's outrageous how these people can do this and they are getting away with this. How am I going to get my money back from them?
