To whom it may concern and especially the bussiness owner of Saigon City Supermarket & their staff.
Today is April 16 at 08:00 PM. I went to this supermarket to get some vegetable and grocery. I was slipped and fell down on the watery floor at the vegetable section. I was so embarrassing in front of people were near by shopping next to me. One of the employee working there (later was known as Mr. Nam this said by the security man) saw me fell down did not come to help me up or say a word to see how I am doing or "Are you okay..." There were people saw me fell and I got all wet from my shirt down to my short and only one couple came to help me and adviced me to see the manager or people who were in charge, etc. Nobody seemed want to get involve because I guess of their job security or maybe the policy told them so? I went to report this accident with a security man names: Phong Vu. He filed my complaint into his book and got my contact and phone number down. The couple witness was Mr. Hua Trung Lap, he works at the local funeral home services. He gave me his business card and gave one to the maket security too (it was on file) I felt really hurt at the accident and even so hurt to see the entire staff were ignored and did not willing to help. Even when the report was done, nobody came to say sorry or to comfort me at all? The cashiers and the employees here are well known to me because I shop here almost everyday it closes to my house. But after this incident I feel such a betrayal. My loyalty to them (the Saigon City Market) as a regular customer and they had treated me unfairly and their ignorance was so difficult to understand?
I am definitely think I should file this "slip & fall" report so that to alert the bussiness owner at Saigon City Supermarket to know there was an accident happended at your place and customer did not get any help until he left your store. The witness couple came to help and told the staff but nobody seemed to care. Not only that I am doing this so that if this happend again in the future then the owner and the store manager should be consider about their safety to their customers. They should re-train their staff to handle situation like this professionally and if it still exist then the customers will have to do what they have to do to protect their rights.
After the fall I was in pain on my left leg it was stretched out unexpectedly and my elbow and ankle both were hit hard on the wet watery floor. I was numbed dued to the fall and was so painful when I got up myself. The floor was mopped afterward because customers there during that time of the accident told them so. The witness couple somehow found one of the employee and was complaint to them about my fall. I am seeking for medical help dued to my pain and if needed for my continous pain and stress. I will looking for a legal help such as lawyer so they have better advice for me which including future medical expenses if any. I was fine before walking in to your market!
