My son and I arrived at the Petsmart store to drop off my sons dog to be groomed, as we approached the grooming area of the store there was another customer inside the store who had a large dog, my dog is much smaller and became excited/afraid and so my son took him to the side to wait for the other customer with the big dog to be gone, my sons dog began to urinate because he was afraid once my son realized this I myself went to go look for an employee staff or someone who could give me something to clean up our own dogs urine so no one would slip on it.
I saw an open door and I thought I'd seen an employee walk into the door so I walked through the door thinking I could get some help from someone in there. As I walked through the door I suddenly lost my balance and began to slip trying to catch myself I instantly slipped onto my backside, right hip and also landed on my right elbow area as I hit the ground, I sat there for a few seconds and then yelled for my son to come help me just as I got up my son came to the door asking me what happened if I was ok then went to find an employee to help me out, he found a few employees and told them I had just slipped in the other room and asked to see a manager but none of them got up to help or offered any assistance, then a manager - Roy Aguilar showed up and all he had to say was 'What were you doing in there? Why did you go in there? They are closed today" I told him "There are no signs there is nothing in front of the door I did not know they were closed I was looking for someone to help me with a towel and I slipped" He proceeded by being very rude to me, basically telling me this was my fault. Which clearly they should have had the door closed and some caution signs letting people know that the floor is wet. We also talked to the gentlemen who had just cleaned the floor and he agreed there should have been some kind of sign there. All I was looking for were some towels, I slipped and fell on a very slippery waxy floor, which was all over my legs feet and shoes, no one around to help me no signs up to warn me and when I confront the store manager on duty all I get is laughed at and treated very rudely. I would like to file this complaint and do whatever else may be necessary. Thank You for your time,
