Melaleuca-The Wellness Company claims to be eco friendly. They also use something called Eco-Moms to get you to think well of them. They claim their products are non-toxic and that they care about the health of everyone. They chose to send me a product that in itself is known to be unhealthy and has aluminum in it. They had an alternative choice, but THEY chose to send me the toxic choice. All the products were chosen by them the first time out. I had mentioned being vegan, and they neglected to inform me that their products were tested on animals. They deny this, but PETA knows better. I know how PETA gets their information and I trust them.
I tried to cancel for 3 hours at my computer and I could not. I called and I did what they suggested. I kept getting a bad encrypt code message. I couldn't even voice a concern as it was also rejected. The on-line cancellation form requires no signature. I tried to fax them a cancellation today, and was told I had to have a signature on it which I do not want to give them. That's my signature they might copy for dishonest purposes, after all. I had to drive over to the place where I had given the letter to be faxed, as like most people, I don't have a personal fax machine, and I signed it. I don't like this at all. I don't want them to have any of my personal info. And as i said, they could have canceled on-line with no signature. I feel they are just being difficult for the sake of being difficult at this point.
